I earned my Ph.D. in computer science under Dr. Bruce MacLennan at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I am now a postdoctoral associate in the Donald Lab at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. The Donald Lab develops and maintains the OSPREY suite of software tools for rational protein design.
I am also guest editing "Swarm Robotics for Morphogenetic Engineering," a special issue of Electronic Research Archive. Let me know if you might like to contribute.
My dissertation is Toward Scalable Morphogenetic Engineering: Natural Computing in SPH Swarm Control. The code for the simulator I wrote to support my dissertation research is licensed under the GPL and published on GitHub.
